unavailable.<br \/>\nFor the Canada 2024 Agricultural Worker Seasonal Work Program: These employers must apply for a maximum of eight months from his January 1st to his December 15th date in a a pool of qualified workers and appoint representatives to support Canadian workers.<br \/>\nThis government also states that the men and women selected for temporary work in Canada meet all of her Requirements<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Program Requirements for the Canadian Seasonal Agricultural Worker Program 2024 Processing Fees Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) processing fees do not apply to: Occupations related to primary agriculture and occupations based on National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes.<br \/>\n80020 Foreign nationals by you or someone \/>\nEmployers must provide on-site or off-site accommodation and transportation to and from the workplace.<br \/>\nHousing Employers must provide TFW with adequate and affordable housing as defined by the Canada Mortgage Corporation.<br \/>\nAccommodation is available on-farm or off-site.<br \/>\nEmployers must ensure that the use of each unit does not exceed the maximum permitted use.<br \/>\nEmployers must also ensure that all their TFWs have access to suitable housing.<br \/>\nYou must also guarantee the number of accommodation spaces for each approved accommodation facility from the date of arrival to the date of departure.<br \/>\nHousing Inspection Employers must provide inspection certificates for off-site or on-farm housing.<br \/>\nTesting must be conducted by the appropriate state, territory, or local authority.<br \/>\nInspections may also be performed by certified private inspectors with appropriate qualifications.<br \/>\nPrivate inspectors or relevant authorities may not withhold official Home Inspection Report (HIR) forms.<br \/>\nIn such cases, employers must always report the results using Schedule F.<br \/>\nFrom January 1, 2018, new
