office jobs in luxembourg 2023-24 DBAG Luxembourg was founded in March 2023 and aims to expand to 9-10 employees next year. Upon its establishment, DBAG began providing services in the areas of residency, management, accounting and taxation to several special purpose corporations.
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Company Secretary to play a key role in our Luxembourg business, reporting directly to the Managing Director of the Legal Department.
The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager of the Legal Department, the Company Secretary’s Manager and other team members (primarily Finance and Tax) to ensure an efficient process for Company Secretary in Luxembourg.
It plays an important role in the company secretary process in Luxembourg.
Smooth daily operations of internal legal/secretarial functions.
These tasks are waiting to manage the document execution process from start to finish.
Arrange for document signing, ensure correct internal approvals, and follow-up with various teams.
Responds in a timely manner to ad-hoc inquiries from internal and external stakeholders and serves as the central point of contact in Luxembourg for such inquiries.

Submission

Submission of all relevant legal documents (electronic and physical as required).
Participation in holding board meetings and stockholders’ meetings.

Assist with other ad-hoc administrative projects as needed (legalization, KYC requests, etc.

Skills and experience
